Kenneth Zifawei is registered Medical Laboratory Scientist in Nigeria. He lives in Bayelsa State. He works in the Department of Public Health Bayelsa State Ministry health as a Chief Medical Laboratory Scientist. He has served in various capacities within and outside the government.
As a Laboratory Scientist, he served on the state implementation team (SIT) and State Management Team of the SIDHAS project, he is a member of the Bayelsa State Laboratory Technical Working Group and has also served as the Global Fund Focal Person for Bayelsa State in the then GF Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative.
He is quite experienced in Programmes haven implemented various
Development and intervention projects in Bayelsa state for different development agencies and Implementing Partners organizations.
Kenneth Zifawei has a Bachelors’ of Science degree in Chemistry, Post Graduate Diploma in Haematology and Blood Group Serology and Masters’ of Science degree in Haematology and Transfusion Science.
He has unquenchable interests on immune haematology, molecular haematology and molecular medicine.
Presently he is the Quality Assurance Officer of the Global Fund sponsored National tuberculosis Control Programme in Bayelsa State.
